Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise which can be modified to enhance injury recovery and reduce the risk of injury recurrence.  Our Pilates classes will help you to improve your core muscle strength and flexibility, restore your confidence and will help you to get back to doing the things you enjoy best.  We offer one-to-one classes as well as specialist group classes such as “Mat Pilates for Beginners” and “Mat Pilates for Sports”.

  • Classes are taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates trained instructor
  • Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities
  • Safe, low impact exercise
  • Group classes have a maximum of 6 people
