COVID-19 Important Patient Information

Mid West Physiotherapy would like to convey the following important information regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

If you wish to attend for an appointment and any of the following factors apply to you, please ring us in advance on 061-201444 and we will advise you on how best to proceed:

  • You travelled to a COVID-19 affected area within the past 14 days.
  • You were in direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
  • You were in a hospital where a confirmed case of COVID-19 is being treated within the past 14 days.
  • You are experiencing symptoms of concern (i.e. cough, shortness of breath, fever).

We also kindly request that all visitors use hand sanitizer both on arrival and departure from the clinic.
