Antenatal Physiotherapy Assessment
Would you like to feel fitter during your pregnancy? Are you wondering whether exercise is safe for you and your baby? Perhaps you’re mindful of building strength and endurance for labour and delivery, or maybe you’re struggling with pain or discomfort (e.g. back pain, round ligament pain, pelvic girdle pain (SPD) or sciatica? If any of these sound familiar, then an antenatal physiotherapy assessment is ideal for you.
At Mid West Physiotherapy, Castletroy, Limerick, we have a chartered physiotherapist who is trained specifically in this area of care; Leonora Kennedy is a qualified Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner, and an experienced pregnancy Pilates teacher. Combining physiotherapy, exercise, guidance and support, she will help you to feel your best during this physically demanding time.
