Rehab After Surgery

Orthotics work by adjusting the loads through our foot and ankle. Their primary function is to reduce pain, improve comfort & enhance our ability to walk, work or exercise. Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based treatment programme which is specifically designed to reduce issues relating to imbalance and dizziness, commonly known as “vertigo”. Parkinson’s disease is a neurological condition that affects people’s movements. It is caused by a decrease in a chemical called dopamine in the body. It is not known why some people get this drop in dopamine. People with Parkinson’s may have a tremor; difficulty walking, stepping or balancing; or slower movements.
Falls Prevention Programmes

Normatec Leg Recovery Session
Normatec recovery boots are used by many leading athletes, coaches and fitness enthusiasts around the world to reduce pain and inflammation, and to speed up the recovery between sessions and/or return to play. Normatec uses air compression technology to relieve muscle aches and/or pain and to temporarily increase circulation to the treated areas.
