The 5 Best Things About Working Here

1. Great location and local amenities

This is a very popular area of Limerick, with lots of cafés and local services, beautiful walking and cycling trails along the River Shannon, and extensive sporting facilities in the nearby UL campus.

2. Expert clinical team and positive working environment

Mid West Physiotherapy is a specialised physiotherapy centre that delivers expert care and great customer service.

Our current team is made up of senior physiotherapists and clinical specialists. MSK is our primary service, but we encourage and support the development of specialties also. It is a happy and supportive team environment, where learning, growth and collaboration are prioritised.

3. Excellent facilities, equipment and support

Our clinic is a modern, purpose-built facility with spacious individual treatment rooms and a rehabilitation area. We have hassle-free IT systems and administrative support, and lots of excellent tools and equipment to help you to optimise your clients’ recovery.

4. Fantastic clientele

The best part of our job is the wonderful people that we meet and help every day.

Because we’re a private clinic, we are in the fortunate position of being able to provide continuous care; we look after the patient for the whole of their treatment journey and there’s a great sense of achievement and pride in helping them to achieve their goals. We get to know them very well, and often they will send their friends and family to us too.

Our clients range in age from nine to ninety, with a wide range of musculoskeletal presentations, for example; sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint pain/injuries, pre/post-operative cases, occupational health etc. Our clinic’s mission is to help our patients get back doing what they love best and we pride ourselves on delivering a great patient experience.

5. Great career development and opportunities

Employee well-being and job satisfaction are key priorities for us, and we’re passionate about helping our practitioners to learn, flourish and achieve their career goals.

Training is an integral part of what we do; we have weekly in-service sessions, regular 1:1s with a clinical specialist, and financial support for CPD and further education.
