Ergonomic Awareness Training

Ergonomic awareness training aims to teach employees how to identify risk factors for developing pain or injury in the workplace, and how to modify these risks. This practical and engaging 60-minute session is taught to small groups on-site by an expert Chartered Physiotherapist. Training is tailored to the exact needs of your organisation.

MSD Prevention Programmes

Musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention programmes are aimed at solving recurrent pain or injury problems in the workplace. These programmes are tailored to the organisation’s specific needs: (1) Our experts assess and analyse the issues, (2) we identify the contributing factors and analyse how to improve them, and (3) we identify solutions and make recommendations to prevent the risk of MSDs.

Online Pilates Classes

Online Pilates Classes

Join us online via Zoom every Tuesday evening at 7pm fora 45-minute Pilates class with Aisling Mulryan, which is tailored towards back and neck pain. This is a mat-based Pilates class that will facilitate those at beginner to intermediate level.
